Intelligent loan assistant reduce CAC by 32%

Creditcure AI Assistant is a WhatsApp-first AI assistant for Creditcure customers. It can help users get information about their credit scores, identify high-interest loans, and also help them transfer loans to another bank, thereby saving them on interest payments.

We designed the assistant by gathering the right data, frameworks, and a specialised model. We trained the model to learn on the frameworks and adapt to the changing data as per customers. We also built human feedback in the process to enable reinforced learning.

Results: was a robust assistant that helped users guide them to the right loan with a lower interest rate. This helped save interest cost and reduced CAC for creditcure by 32%.

Conclusion: Over 2k+ deals closed on the custom CRM, and it continues to scale effortlessly for our client.
